Tebha Traders provides the following commercial and logistics services, subject to applicable agreements, regulatory compliance, and mutual consent:

• FMCG Distribution: Nationwide and international distribution of fast-moving consumer goods across Pakistan, the United States, and global markets.
• Digital Commerce: Online marketplace operations through platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other global e-commerce channels.
• International Trade: Import, export, and cross-border commercial trade facilitation between Pakistan, the USA, and other jurisdictions.
• Supply Chain Management: Procurement, warehousing, logistics coordination, and inventory management solutions.
• Business Support Services: Commercial support and customized operational services for business partners.
• Market Expansion: Consultancy and operational support for brands seeking entry into regional and international markets.

All service engagements are governed by separate agreements, purchase orders, or contracts which, together with these Terms, constitute the full agreement between the parties.

You agree to use this Website solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Website. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Tebha Traders does not guarantee that goods listed on third-party platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.) will be continuously available.
• All trade documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates, must be verified and approved by both parties prior to shipment.

Any disputes arising out of commercial trade transactions shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

Tebha Traders operates seller accounts on third-party digital commerce platforms including Amazon and eBay. Users or clients engaging through these platforms are additionally subject to the terms and conditions of those respective platforms.

• Product listings, pricing, and availability on third-party platforms may differ from direct trade arrangements.
• Returns, refunds, and dispute resolution for marketplace transactions are governed by the relevant platform's policies in addition to our own.
• Tebha Traders is not liable for platform downtime, policy changes, or suspensions imposed by third-party marketplace operators.

All payments to Tebha Traders must be made in accordance with the terms specified in individual invoices or commercial agreements. General conditions include:

• Cross-border payments must comply with the regulations of both Pakistan's State Bank and applicable US financial laws.
• Tebha Traders supports flexible international payment options as outlined in specific trade agreements.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services, additional charges, or legal recovery proceedings.
• All prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
